VANCOUVER, June 10 /CNW/ - Zena Capital Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Darren M. Pylot as a director of the Company. Mr. Pylot will also serve as Chairman of the Board.

The Company further announces that it has entered into stock option agreements granting the right and option to purchase 2,000,000 common shares of the Company at $0.62 per common share exercisable in whole or in part on or before June 10, 2014.
