This is in continuation of Board Meeting Outcome dated September 23, 2026, submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimating the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the approval accorded by the Board for alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company, pursuant to Section 14 of the Companies Act, 2013, was inadvertently omitted from the aforesaid intimation. We regret the inadvertent omission and, accordingly, are submitting herewith the revised outcome of the said Board Meeting, duly incorporating the same, for your records. All other agenda items and the outcomes thereof, as intimated vide our letter dated September 23, 2026, remain unchanged and are hereby reaffirmed.
