CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE CONVENING 43RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Corrigendum to the Notice dated July 22, 2025, of 43rd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') ('AGM Notice') of the Members of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited ('the Company') circulated to the shareholders on August 20, 2025. The AGM of the Company will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio - Visual Means ('OAVM').
This Corrigendum to the AGM Notice should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with the AGM Notice and shall form an integral part of the AGM Notice. All other contents of the AGM Notice, save and except as modified by this corrigendum to the AGM Notice, shall remain unchanged. Accordingly, the members of the Company are hereby requested to take note of the revised contents of the AGM Notice as set forth hereunder:
On page 109, first Paragraph of Point No. b in the Explanatory Statement in relation to Agenda Item No. 5 of the AGM Notice is to be replaced with the below:Proposed fees payable to the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2026 is Rs. 4,50,000 plus applicable taxes and other out-of-pocket expenses. Further, the fees for subsequent years will be determined by the Board, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and in consultation with the Secretarial Auditors.
