Subject: ZAREA LIMITED - CREDIT OF FINAL CASH DIVIDEND

Dear Sir,

This is inform that the final cash dividend for the year ended 30thJune 2025 by Zarea Limited, at 100% of the face value of Re.1 /- per share i.e Re.1, as approved in the Annual General Meeting on 27thOctober 2025 by the shareholders of the company, have been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the entitled shareholders on November 07, 2025.

Further, dividend payment to shareholders who have not provided their valid IBAN has been withheld in compliance of Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulation, 2017. These dividends shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable statutes and directives of regulators. In this regard, attached notice shall be published in the "Business recorder" in English and in "Daily AUSAF" in Urdu translation on issue dated November 08, 2025 of respective newspapers.

Dividend payment to shareholders who have not provided their valid IBAN has been withheld in compliance with the requirements of secfion 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulafions, 2017.

Members who have not received the dividend should communicate about the same directly with the Company or with its Share Registrar, M/s.
