The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. (Joint-Stock Company) informs that on 30th June 2015. The Supervisory Board of ZBM "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A., acting pursuant to § 13 item 10 of the Statute of the Company, adopted a resolution no. 5 on the choice of an Expert Auditor for performance of inspection of financial reports for the year 2015.
The subject of the contract shall be:1. review of an individual financial report of ZBM "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. and a consolidated financial report of the Capital Group ZBM "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. for the period from 1st January 2015 to 30th June 2015.
2. review of an individual financial report of ZBM "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. and a consolidated financial report of the Capital Group ZBM "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. for the financial year 2015, i.e. for the period from 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2015.
The selected entity was Kancelaria Biegłego Rewidenta (Expert Auditor's Office) AUDYT -PRO Władysław Pietrzak established in Osielsko, ul. Krucza 3 - an entity entered into the list of entities entitled to inspect financial reports under the evidence number 3780.
So far, the issuer has not availed itself of services of an entity entitled to inspect financial reports.
Legal basis - § 5 paragraph 1 item 19 - Ordinance of Finance Minister of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information to be handed on by the issuers of securities and on terms and conditions for acknowledgment of information, required by legal regulations of the country not being a member country, as equivalent.
