On October 16, 2024, Xinyi Glass issued a total of 132,139,235 scrip dividend shares under the scrip dividend schemefor the interim dividends as of June 30, 2024. Nine founding shareholders chose 96,272,539 shares as scrip dividends, accounting for 72.86% of the total scrip shares. On October 21, 2024, the closing price of Xinyi Glass was HK$8.30 per share, an increase of 25.0% over the issue price per scrip share.
