Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we may kindly inform you that the Company has received an intimation from M/s. SRM Energy Tamilnadu Private Limited, a group company, informing that it has written-off (in full) the outstanding amount of Rs. 2,23,35,000/- as advanced earlier to our company. Consequent to such writing-off of the aforesaid loan, the said liability shall stand extinguished in the Books of Accounts of our Company and will be accounted for in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.
