Withdrawal of Requisition
Maintel Holdings PLC has received notification from Oryx International Growth Fund Limited that it is withdrawing its requisition for a general meeting. This meeting was intended to vote on resolutions to remove Stephen Beynon as director and non-executive chairman, and to appoint Martin Rowland as a new director and chair.
