Pursuant to Regulation 30 this is to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 8th August 2025 noted and approved that the 2nd Term of appointment of Mr Saroj Khemka - Non Executive Independent Director of the Company will end on 11th August, 2025. Consequently he will cease to be an Independent Director w.e.f 12th August, 2025.More details attached herewith.
