The Management Board of WIKANA S.A. ("Issuer") announces that on 30 June 2017 a subsidiary of the Issuer - WIKANA MERITUM Sp. z o.o. LAMDA S.K.A. - signed another annex to an agreement announced by the Issuer in current report 41/2016 of 15 July 2016 ("Agreement"). Pursuant to the annex, the deadline to buy back the promissory note, changed as per current report 10/2017 to 30 June 2017, has been extended to 31 December 2017.
The other provisions of the Agreement have not changed.
