Western Yilgarn NL (ASX: WYX) ('Western Yilgarn' or 'the Company') announces the appointment of Johnathon Busing and Kieran Witt as Joint Company Secretaries following the resignation of Melissa Chapman and Catherine Grant-Edwards as Joint Company Secretaries effective 31 March 2025.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Johnathon Busing will be responsible for communications between the Company and ASX. The Company also wishes to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14, its registered office and principal place of business will be amended effective 1 April 2025.
