WAWA, ON, Aug. 26 /CNW/ - Delineation drilling below the 500 metre level demonstrates the 811 zone is opening up at depth. To date, the zone has been traced 300 metres (1,000 feet) below the deepest level and indicates strikelengths of up to 180 metres (600 feet). The zone remains open at depth and partially to the east.

The 811 zone is an east-west striking, subvertically dipping, tabular quartz vein. It consists of laminated white quartz with minor sulphides and free gold hosted in a sheared quartz diorite stock.
The weighted average gold grade for holes within the currently interpreted outline is 11.3 gAu/tonne (cut to 60 gAu/tonne) over an average true width of 1.74 metres.
All assays are performed at the Eagle River mine assay office by fire assay on 25 gram sample aliquots. Duplicates, replicates, blanks and standards are routinely inserted into the sample stream to monitor quality control. George Mannard, P.Geo. and Vice President, Exploration is the "Qualified Person" responsible for the technical results in this press release as per National Instrument 43-101.
