We would like to inform you that the amount of PKR 16,508,655 (Rupees sixteen million five hundred eight thousand six hundred fifty five only) representing the entitlement of 3,132,572 right certificates at an exercise price of PKR 5.27 per certificate (J0% of the total Right Issue) has been fully subscribed by the Substantial Certificate holder (Wasl Modaraba Management Limited, formerly Awwal Modaraba Management Limited) on March 2, 2026 as permitted under tne Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020.
An Auditor's Certificate in this regard will be shared in due course of time.
