This is to inform that 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday 25th September, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual means (OAVM) facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies, Act 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and in accordance with General Circular issued by MCA and SEBI. Further, details on the manner of attending the AGM and casting of votes by Shareholders has been set out in detail in the Notice of the AGM. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 19th September 2026 to Friday, 25th September, 2026 (both days inclusive for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
