2. Reason

The Company considers that returning profits to shareholders is an important task for management. Its basic policy is to pay out stable dividends while considering what is necessary for building a stable financial standing and financing business development.

Moreover, in order to continue enhancing shareholder returns, the Company has established a policy of paying annual dividends of 100 yen or more per share for the three years from the fiscal year ending February 28, 2026 to the fiscal year ending February 29, 2028, and plans to implement stable stock returns. The policy is described in the "Balancing growth investments and shareholder returns" section of the "Announcement of the Establishment of the 2028 Medium-term Management Plan (Fiscal Year ending February 28, 2026, to Fiscal Year ending February 29, 2028)" announced today.
