In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, DCC plc announces that as of 30 November 2012:
DCC plc's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 83,642,778. The total issued share capital is 88,229,404 ordinary shares of €0.25 each, of which 4,586,626 are held as Treasury shares and therefore do not carry voting rights.
The figure of 83,642,778 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of DCC plc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Transparency Rules.
