UPON THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN. 7 August 2025 Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc (the "Company" or "GSF") PIRC and ISS Recommend Shareholders Vote AGAINST All Resolutions The Board of Gore Street Energy Storage Fund (the "Company") notes the publication of voting recommendations from two leading independent governance and shareholder advisory bodies, PIRC and Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), in relation to the Company's forthcoming Requisitioned General Meeting scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on 20 August 2025. Both PIRC and ISS have issued clear guidance to shareholders to VOTE AGAINST all resolutions proposed by RM Funds. PIRC's and ISS's independent guidance is in line with the Board's unanimous recommendation, outlined in the circular released to Shareholders on 31 July 2025 (a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.gsenergystoragefund.com ). The Board of the Company unanimously recommends that shareholders VOTE AGAINST all the proposed resolutions in the 20 August General Meeting. THE DEADLINE FOR PROXY VOTING CLOSES AT 1.P.M. ON 18 AUGUST 2025.
