UPON THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN. 8 August 2025 Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc (the "Company" or "GSF") Glass Lewis also Recommends Shareholders Vote AGAINST All Resolutions ISS, PIRC and Glass Lewis all recommend shareholders vote AGAINST all resolutions The Board of Gore Street Energy Storage Fund (the "Company") notes the publication of a further voting recommendation from the independent governance and shareholder advisory body, Glass Lewis, in relation to the Company's forthcoming Requisitioned General Meeting scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on 20 August 2025. Glass Lewis issued clear guidance to shareholders to VOTE AGAINST all resolutions proposed by RM Funds. Glass Lewis's guidance is in line with the guidance issued by the other independent governance and shareholder advisory bodies ISS and PIRC, who also recommended voting against the resolutions proposed by RM Funds. Glass Lewis's independent guidance is in line with the Board's unanimous recommendation, outlined in the circular released to Shareholders on 31 July 2025 (a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.gsenergystoragefund.com ). The Board of the Company unanimously recommends that shareholders VOTE AGAINST all the proposed resolutions in the 20 August General Meeting. THE DEADLINE FOR PROXY VOTING CLOSES AT 1.P.M. ON 18 AUGUST 2025.
