Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B, Part A, Schedule III of the SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), and with reference to our previous update regarding the temporary closure of the Veraval Plant while awaiting necessary regulatory approvals to resume operations, we wish to inform you that all the required approvals have been received, and the plant is now fully operational.
