Vistar Amar Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 alongwith Auditors Report, amongst other matters.Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in continuation to our letter dated 26th March, 2025, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of Vistar Amar Limited shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2025 to 1st June, 2025 i.e. 48 Hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
