PRESS RELEASE Paris, November 12, 2025 Revenue growth of 5.6% in the third quarter at current exchange rates Business growth in the firs t nine months of 2025 with revenue of €951.9 million at current exchange rates, up 8.2% Over the first nine months of the year, VIEL & Cie continued its growth momentum amid highly volatile markets. Consolidated revenue for VIEL & Cie's operating subsidiaries amounted to €951.9 million, compared with €879.7 million for the same period in 2024, an increase of 8.2% at current exchange rates. At constant exchange rates, revenue rose by 10.1% to €968.9 million. VIEL & Cie continued to grow its business in the third quarter of 2025, with revenue of €298.4 million, up 5.6% at current exchange rates. At constant exchange rates, quarterly revenue rose 10.7% to €312.7 million. Changes in the various items of the income statement at current exchange rates are calculated on the basis of the average rates for the period compared with the average rates for the previous period in the context of the currency conversion of the Group's conso lidated subsidiaries. Changes in the various items of the income statement at constant exchange rates are calculated using the average conversion rates for period N-1 for the two comparison periods.
