COMMUNIQUÉ DE PRESSE Paris, 7 May 2026 First quarter 2026: Revenue to € 364.8m growth of 10.5% at current exchange rates Revenue growth of 18.5% at constant exchange rates In the first quarter of 2026, the Group continues its growth in line with the previous year. VIEL & Cie records strong growth in its business in the first quarter of 2026 with consolidated revenue of €364.8 million, up 10.5% at current exchange rates. At constant exchange rates, revenue amounts to €391.5 million and reports an increase of 18.5%. The movement in currency exchange rates has a significant impact at the start of the year on the conversion into euros of the Group's international activities. The contribution of the various divisions to consolidated revenue is as follows: €m 2025 2024 Professional intermediation 311.6 279.8 Online trading 18.7 19.2 Consolidated revenue 330.3 299.0 There has been no significant change in the Group's financial position since the publication of its 2025 annual financial report. Changes in the various income statement items at current exchange rates are calculated on the basis of the average exchange rates for the period, compared with the average rates for the previous period when translating the currencies of the Group's consolidated subsidiaries. Changes in the various income statement items at constant exchange rates are calculated using the average exchange rates for the period N-1 over the two comparative periods.
