Nicolas Mahler joins Vantage Towers as CFO
Düsseldorf, August 6, 2024 - Nicolas Mahler will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Vantage Towers AG ("Vantage Towers") from February 1, 2025. Mahler succeeds former Board member and CFO Thomas Reisten, who decided not to seek a further term of office at his own request and left the company at the end of June. Mahler will be responsible for the management of the Finance division across the Group and will report to the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") Christian Hillabrant.

Mahler started his career in Strategy Consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton. Since 2008, he has held various leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom Group - most recently he served as B2B CFO & Sales Management at Deutsche Telekom. From 2018 until 2022, he acted as CFO of Telekom Romania. In addition, he has held several supervisory board mandates.
