Board of Directors - Approval of the Draf Annual Financial Statement at 31/12/2025.

Shareholder's Meeting - Approval of the Annual Financial Statement at 31/12/2025.

Board of Directors - Approval of the additional periodic information referred to the 1st quarter of 2026.

Board of Directors - Approval of the Interim Financial Report at 30/06/2026.

Board of Directors - Approval of the additional periodic information referred to the 3rd quarter of 2026.

The Company, in line with what operated in previous years, also for 2026, has decided to approve and publish additional periodic information by means only the sales revenues information.

Any changes to the dates on the above list will be quickly communicated.
