(PinkSheets: IGNT.PK), an ISO 13485:2003 certified medical device manufacturer ofrespiratory medical devices announced today that the company has received a Departmentof Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Scheduled Contract Award beginning on April1, 2011 and ending on March 31, 2016.
OnMarch 24, 2011 the company received a Contract Award Letter from the VANational Acquisition Center. The company was provided a copy of the FederalSupply Schedule Contract V797P-4379b, effective April 1, 2011 through March 31,2016, for items awarded under 65IIA under the Medical Equipment and SuppliesFederal Supply Schedule Solicitation 797-FSS-99-0025-R6.

With this contract award, we are able to sell ourrespiratory products to VA Hospitals and other government related medicalfacilities. Our new SMART Nasal Cannula which uses our Oxyview technology wasintroduced to the VA Hospitals last year through our strategic partnership withKGMA Business Solutions.
