Ingen Technologies Announces the Appointment of Gary Tilden as Chief Operating Officer and Chairman
YUCAIPA, CALIFORNIA, March 9, 2011 (OTC Disclosure & News Services) -- Ingen Technologies (IGNT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Tilden to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective February 14, 2011. Mr. Tilden will be based at the Company's California office where he will be responsible for all Company operational activities, and in particular will oversee the manufacturing and engineering of the company's respiratory products.
A veteran of the tooling and automation manufacturing equipment industry, Mr. Tilden holds 30 years of experience incorporate operations and manufacturing. His success as a business owner involved the design and development of the island hood stack mounting system for Imperial Cal Products. Mr. Tilden operated his own businesses for 20 years and holds several certifications in various fabrications. He held management positions with Jefco Manufacturing and Aristokraft Cabinetries, a subsidiary of Fortune Brands. He will be the spokesperson of the Company in California and will help to establish the Ingen brand with employees and distributors.
