Notice Concerning the Postponement (Re-postponement) of the Announcement of Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025

(the "Company") hereby announces that it has decided to re-postpone the announcement of its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (originally scheduled for February 13, 2026), which was previously postponed to late February 2026 as announced in the "Notice Concerning Postponement of Announcement of Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025" dated February 10, 2026. The details are as follows.
Reasons for Re-postponement of Announcement of Financial Results
As the Company has been promoting structural reforms since last year, including the carve-out of its U.S. business and the reorganization of its business portfolio, it has been preparing for the announcement of financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
As described in the "Notice Concerning Postponement of Announcement of Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025" released on February 10, 2026, the audit process by the independent auditor has required more time than initially anticipated to scrutinize multiple items at the end of the fiscal year. Currently, the scrutiny of most of these items is progressing; however, discussions with the independent auditor regarding accounting judgments for certain items are ongoing.
In particular, while delays had occurred in the audit procedures for TEN Holdings, Inc. ("TEN"), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, the confirmation of certain accounting treatments continues to require additional time.
Although steady progress is being made toward finalizing the consolidated financial figures and a conclusion is in sight, the process is requiring a period that exceeds the initial outlook of making an announcement within February. The Company will continue its efforts to finalize the consolidated financial figures and will promptly make an appropriate announcement of financial results as soon as they are determined.
Outlook
The postponed announcement of financial results is currently scheduled to take place by late March 2026, based on discussions with the independent auditor. The Company will provide notification promptly once the
date is finalized.
