Notice Concerning Postponement of Announcement of Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2025
cube, Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has decided to postpone the announcement of its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, which was originally scheduled for February 13, 2026, as described below.
Reasons for the Postponement
While the Company has been preparing for the announcement of financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, amidst ongoing structural reforms since last year-including the spin-off of its U.S. business and the reorganization of its business portfolio-the audit process by the independent auditor is taking more time than initially anticipated. Specifically, the auditor is conducting a detailed review of several matters as of the end of the fiscal year. Furthermore, delays have occurred in the local audit procedures of TEN Holdings, Inc. ("TEN"), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, and it is expected to take a certain amount of time to finalize the consolidated financial figures.
In light of these circumstances, the Company has decided to postpone the date of the financial results announcement.
Outlook
The postponed announcement of financial results is currently targeted during February 2026. The Company will disclose the specific date as soon as it is determined.
