In persuance to SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015 and insider trading code and code of pratices procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the insiders ie., Directors/officers/Designated persons/Promoters/ Immediate relatives of the designated persons cover under company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will be closed from 1.4.2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.3.2026.
