In persuance of SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015 and Insider trading code and practices /procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the insiders i.e., Directors/officers/Designated persons/Promoters/immediate relatives of designated persons covered under company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will be closed from 1.7.2026 to will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30.6.2026.The Date of Board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30.6.2026 shall be intimated seperately.
