In pursuance of the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and insider trading code and code of practices/procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the insiders i.e., directors /officers/designated persons/ immediate relatives of the designated persons covered under companies code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will be closed from 1.7.2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30.6.2025.The date of board meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30.6.2025 shall be intimated seperately.
