Proposed Distribution | A final distribution of N0.33k for every unit held, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid out to Unit Holders whose names appear in the Register of members as of close of business on Friday 17th April, 2026 |
Proposed Bonus | N/A |
Closure of Register | The register of unitholders will be closed from Monday 20th April 2026 to Friday 24th April 2026 |
Qualification Date | Friday 17th April, 2026 |
Payment Date | On Wednesday 6th May, 2026, distribution will be paid electronically to Unit Holders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of Friday 17th April, 2026 and who have completed the e-distribution registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their distribution directly into their bank accounts |
E-Distribution Registration | Unit Holders who are yet to complete the e-distribution registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Distribution Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars https://www.firstregistrarsnigeria.com, complete and submit to the Registrars or their respective Banks |
Unclaimed Distribution Warrants and Share Certificates | Unit Holders with distribution warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-distribution registration or contact the Registrar |
