UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust hereby announce as follows:

Period Ended

30 June 2024

An Interim dividend of ₦0.20 per unit, subject to appropriate withholding

tax and approval will be paid to unitholders whose names appear in the

Proposed Dividend

Register of Members as at the close of business on 18 November 2024.

Proposed Bonus

NIL

Closure of Register

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 19 to 22 November 2024.

Qualification Date

18 November 2024

On 27th November 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to unit holders

whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 18 November 2024

and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the

Payment Date

Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are

advised to download the Registrar's E-DividendMandate Activation Form,

which is also available on the website of the Registrars:
