Swaraj Shares and Securities Private Limited ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors (''IDC'') of Chemo Pharma Laboratories Ltd ("Target Company") in relation to the Open Offer to the Public Shareholders of Target Company under the provisions of Regulations 26(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto (''SEBI (SAST) Regulations'').
