(TSX-V: ENP) ("ENPAR") wishes to report that its counsel was informed yesterday afternoon that the arbitration decision in its dispute with Biosource Inc. has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances having nothing to do with the merits of the case and that the decision should be forthcoming by mid-October.
ENPAR continues to believe that the arbitration will confirm its compliance with the Non-exclusive License Agreement and provide the basis for continuance of the Agreement in good standing and prevent unjustified allegations of non-compliance in the future, at the time when the technology is commercialized.
