Universal New Energy Holding Group Appoints New Directors Across Marketing and Battery Operations

Universal New Energy Holding Group, Inc. (OTC: UNEH) (“the Company”), a Nevada-based entity focused on developing next-generation energy storage and battery solutions, announces four leadership appointments: Kim Lee as Director of Marketing, Heungshu Wong as Director of Battery Pack Development & Manufacturing, Gin Ke as Director of Battery Process & Development, and Leo Kai as Director of Battery Materials Development & Manufacturing.

Kim Lee, Director of Marketing

Kim Lee brings 25 years of enterprise marketing management and operations experience spanning IoT platforms, logistics, electronics, industrial markets, and the new-energy sector. Kim has led go-to-market programs, brand strategy, and demand generation across multinational environments and high-growth businesses. At the Company, Lee will lead global marketing strategy, brand development, and market enablement to support sales growth across energy storage and mobility applications.

Heungshu Wong, Director of Battery Pack Development & Manufacturing

Heungshu Wong has more than 21 years of experience in lithium-ion battery pack development and manufacturing. His project portfolio includes EV/HEV and ESS programs covering two- and three-wheelers, material-handling vehicles, passenger vehicles, buses, and heavy trucks. At the Company, Wong will oversee pack architecture, engineering, and production readiness, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and manufacturability for commercial and industrial deployments.

Gin Ke, Director of Battery Process & Development

Gin Ke has more than 23 years of experience across multiple battery form factors - pouch (soft pack), prismatic, and cylindrical - and has led production scale-ups for NCM/NCA, LFP, lithium-manganate, and solid-state batteries. He has spent many years driving process development and volume manufacturing at several new-energy battery companies. At the Company, Ke will lead end-to-end process development and scale-up, optimizing yield, quality, and cost performance across existing and next-generation cell technologies.

Leo Kai, Director of Battery Materials Development & Manufacturing

With over 20 years in battery-materials R&D and industrialization, Leo Kai has contributed to government-backed energy-storage initiatives and innovation programs. His work includes high-capacity solid-state cathode materials (rich-lithium manganese-based), solid-state anode porous silicon–carbon materials, and LFP materials. At the Company, Kai will direct materials R&D and production, accelerating the transition from lab formulations to stable, scalable supply for cells and systems.
