Pursuant to Reg 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of United Van Der Horst Limited ("the Company") is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 07, 2025 interalia to consider the proposal for the declaration of Interim Dividend if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial year 2024-2025.Further, pursuant to Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, the Record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend on the equity shares for the Financial Year 2024-2025 if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company in the upcoming board meeting is Tuesday February 11, 2025.
