The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Dovestone Conference Centre, Lingley Mere Business Park, Lingley Green Avenue, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LP on Friday, 17 July 2026 at 11.00am.
In advance of the meeting you may appoint a proxy (or proxies) electronically to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, to speak and to vote on your behalf at the meeting through the website of our registrar, Equiniti, at https://www.shareview.co.uk or by clicking the link below. Once logged in, click "View" on the "My Investments" page, click on the link to vote, and then follow the on screen instructions. All shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as proxy to vote on their behalf to ensure their vote is cast. Submitting a proxy appointment will not prevent you from also attending the AGM and voting in person.
