Dispatch / Credit of 20% Bonus Share Issue
We are pleased to inform you that the 20% Bonus Shares as approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on April 25, 2025 has been dispatched / credited to both physical and CDC shareholders of the Company on May 19, 2025.
The withheld bonus shares shall be dispatched/credited on foremost priority to the shareholders who have deposited their tax amount upon the Company's collection of tax from the shareholders.
The Company will proceed to dispose of the remaining withheld bonus shares for shareholders who fail to pay the income tax, to recover the income tax amount in accordance with Section 236Z of the Ordinance.
