Chicago, Illinois, July 29, 2015 (OTC Pink Sheets: UAHC) – United American Healthcare Corporation (the “Company”) announced today that Christina Saxton has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer. Ms. Saxton was appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on July 23, 2015. She replaces Robert T. Sullivan, who unexpectedly passed away recently.
Since 2011, Ms. Saxton has managed a variety of finance and accounting projects for the Company and Chicago Venture Partners, L.P., an Illinois limited partnership (“CVP”), which is an affiliate of John M. Fife, the Company’s President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Ms. Saxton previously worked as a Finance Analyst and Fund Accounting Analyst in Private Equity Fund Services for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Senior Audit Associate for KPMG, and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Denver.
