   (1)In terms of the list of shareholders on ex-dividend date and holding
      proportion as basis distributes NT$ 1 per share and the dividends
      distribution for 2021 refer to Article 165 of  Company Act. In the
      event that the proposed distribution of cash dividend is affected by
      fact, the Chairman is authorized to amend such related
      matters.
   (2)Due to the last transfer date of August 6, and 7, 2022 fall on
      a regular holiday, please shareholders are requested to complete your
      transfers in advance on Friday, August 5, 2022。
   (3)If cash dividends of odd lot are less than NT$1 per share, the
      will be discarded and then included in the Company's other income item.
