Proposed Dividend

A Final Dividend of N3.25 per 50 kobo ordinary share from the after-tax profit for the year ended 31 December 2025 subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday 10 April 2026.

Closure of Register

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, 13 April 2026 to Friday, 17 April 2026 (both dates inclusive).

Qualification Date

10 April 2026

Payment Date

On Friday 8 May 2026, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 10 April 2026, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

E-Dividend Registration

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the form which is also available on their website: https://www.gtlregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.

Unclaimed Dividend

Shareholders with unclaimed dividends are advised to complete the e-dividend registration via
