UNILEVER NIGERIA PLC - NOTICE OF Q1 2026 BOARD MEETINGNotice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Thursday, March 18, 2026.
The meeting is principally to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2025 AFS), among other items.
The closed period which commenced on 1 January 2026, will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the 2025 AFS, with NGX and the general public.
