Under the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act 1890, the minor Ms. Kavya Krishna Poojari the above civil minor application has been filed for appointment of guardian for Ms. Kavya Krishna Pujari, aged 8 years. Minor Ms.Kavya Krishna Poojari, is the niece of 1 and 2 and applicant no. 2's sister and her husband both died on 23. 01. 2016 and dt. 2.12.2020 due to death, Ms. Kavya Krishna Poojari is residing with the Applicant no. 1 and 2 and further Applicant no. 1 and 2 are doing education, upbringing, maintenance of minor Ms. Kavya Krishna Poojari.
Applicants also mention in their application that Ms. Kavya Krishna Pujari no one has been appointed as the official guardian of Ms.Kavya Krishna Poojari. The Applicant no. 1 and 2 are able to take care of Krishna Pujari after the death of her parents.
Wherein applicant no. 1 and 2 to take responsibility of Kavya Krishna Pujari's guardianship, An application has been filed in court. If anyone has any objection to this, they should raise objection within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
