This is further with respect to Rights Issue of the Company and in accordance with the Letter of Offerdated January 10, 2025 and pursuant to finalization of the Basis of Allotment of the Rights Issue inconsultation with the designated stock exchange, BSE Limited and Registrar to the Issue, the Members ofthe Rights Issue Committee of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., February 17, 2025 has interalia approved the allotment of 2,75,35,454 (Two Crore Seventy-Five Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand FourHundred Fifty Four) fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two Only) per EquityShare at price of Rs.14.50 (Rupees Fourteen and Paisa Fifty Only) per Right Share to the eligibleapplicants.
