NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the General Meeting of the UN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST previously slated to hold on Friday, May 16 2025 has been postponed. The meeting will now hold as follows:

Time: 11: 00 am Venue: The Art Hotel
Plot 13a, Block 111 Yesufu Abiodun Street Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The following businesses will be transacted at the meeting as ordinary businesses:
To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 and the report of the Fund Managers thereon.
To declare a Distribution of f4 5.05 per unit of UH Real Estate Investment Trust.
To consider and if thought fit authorize the Fund Manager to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuing year.

All Proxy Forms should be assessed and stamped at the Stamp Duties Commission and should be deposited at the office of the Fund Manager, SFS Capital Nigeria Ltd located at 287, Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos or at the Office of the Registrar, Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions, located at 274 Muritala Mohammed Way, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos not less than 48 hours before the time of the Meeting.
Right of unitholders to ask questions
Unit holders of the Fund have a right to ask questions not only at the Annual General Meeting but also in writing prior to the meeting, and such questions must be submitted to the Company Secretary Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions, located at 274 Muritala Mohammed Way, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.
