RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE GENERAL MEETING OF UH REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (UH REIT)
At the General Meeting of the Unit Holders of UN Real Estate Investment Trust duly convened and held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at The Art Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, the following resolutions were proposed and duly passed:
That the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 and the Report of the Fund Managers thereon are received.
That the sum of HS:05 per unit of UH Real Estate Investment Trust (UH REST) payable to the Unitholders from the profit of the year ended December 31, 2024, subject to appropriate withholding tax is hereby declared.
