MONTREAL, Dec. 10 /CNW Telbec/ - The GENIVAR Income Fund ("GENIVAR"), a leading Canadian Engineering Firm is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Aquapraxis Inc. ("Aquapraxis") and Hirschfield Williams Timmins Ltd. ("HWT"), two specialized engineering firms. HWT is a Victoria, British Columbia, based full service mechanical engineering firm specialized in building systems. Aquapraxis is a niche firm based in Laval, Québec, which offers recognized expertise in the areas of urban hydrology, urban networks and water resource management. These acquisitions add 27 people to the Fund.
