This is THY's modern slavery statement pursuant to Canada's Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (S.C. 2024, c. 9), UK's Modern Slavery Act 2015 (s. 54) and Australia's Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). Our reporting outlines the measures we have in place and the efforts we have commenced to assess and address risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Our organisational structure, business operations and supply chains THY is incorporated in Türkiye and listed on the Borsa Istanbul (Istanbul Stock Exchange). Its largest shareholder is Türkiye Wealth Fund (49.12% as at 31 December 2025).
