Our company's contracts with relevant commissioned contractors also contain identical provisions. Following the mutual agreement between our company and the Taipei City Government to terminate the aforementioned Land Surface Rights Contract, we have successively proceeded with the settlement of affairs with our commissioned contractors including Kien Kuo Engineering Co., Ltd. (for miscellaneous permit works (diaphragm walls)), as well as planning, design, and supervision firms a process which continues to date. 3.Pursuant to the aforementioned termination agreement with the Taipei City Government, the Taipei City Government shall reimburse the Company for the relevant costs incurred in performing the "Superficies Agreement for Municipal-Owned Land at Land Lot No. 93, Ruan-Qiao Section, Beitou District, Taipei City" including amounts the Company is required to pay to the relevant contractors.
